  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • All ittars and fragrances are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice.

  • Product descriptions and images are for reference; slight variations may occur due to the natural ingredients used.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash ON Delivery, Bank Transfer, etc.

  • In case of payment failure, your order may be canceled automatically.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Hafiz G Khushboo Mahal is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs (for international orders).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of ittars (personalized and perishable), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with proof of damage.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, images, descriptions) on our website is owned by Hafiz G Khushboo Mahal and protected under copyright law.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our branding is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or personal sensitivity to fragrances. Customers are advised to check ingredients before use.

  • Hafiz G Khushboo Mahal shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data, etc.) arising from product use.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation; unresolved matters may be settled in the appropriate courts.
